Our Consumer Digital team is a diverse group focused on solving customer needs while ensuring strategic and operational goals. We are looking for a Director of Business Intelligence to guide the strategic decisions supporting our Centerwell digital product teams. You will work with teams to deliver actionable insights and will manage both strategy and operational reporting in the transformation of digital experiences related to our retail pharmacy, primary care, and home health segments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of business intelligence experience with 7+ years focused on web analytics and customer onboarding
  • 5 or more years of leadership experience
  • Experience delivering insights around web analytics and customer engagement across digital channels supporting retail and/or clinical operations
  • Strong understanding of measurement strategies around: Shopping funnel performance supporting retail pharmacy operations
  • Experience with provider/clinical measurements strategy and outcomes
  • Feature Performance and Testing
  • Relationship between marketing activities and sales outcomes
  • Web tagging and digital activity monitoring
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and present to senior leadership
  • Experience working inside of Agile methodologies along side product, design, and engineering teams
  • Experience leading teams using Adobe's Customer Journey Analytics platform and PowerBI

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or graduate degree in a management field
  • Experience in the healthcare of insurance industry
  • Experience with retail pharmacy and provider operations
  • Experience with Quantum Metrics Digital Analytics Platform

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to implement a web analytics strategy to measure experience effectiveness and outcomes
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for analytics initiatives and track realized operational and financial value
  • Collaborate across disciplines and domains to build alignment around outcomes
  • Manage the analytics backlog, prioritizing work based on strategic value, feasibility and product needs
  • Design and lead an intake and prioritization process, establishing transparent criteria through team member collaboration and evolving the approach based on organizational needs
  • Establish service level expectations and communications practices that keep team members informed about request status, timelines and prioritization rationale
  • Translate analytical insights into clear, executive ready reports, projections, and presentations
  • Develop a high-performing team, encouraging technical excellence, continuous learning and collaborative culture
  • Strengthen shared services partnerships while introducing operating models, processes, and standards that enable company-wide impact
  • Navigate organizational complexity and competing priorities with diplomacy, finding win-win solutions and making clear calls
  • Translate technical concepts into business value propositions that resonate with executive and operational stakeholders
