About The Position

QPS is a global, full-service CRO delivering discovery, preclinical, and clinical research services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. Our preclinical ADME and Toxicology services provide critical data that drives drug development, and we are recognized for scientific expertise, regulatory compliance, and high-quality results. We’re seeking a strategic, high-performing sales professional to expand our ADME and Toxicology services across the U.S. and Canada, with the opportunity to engage clients in a global service delivery model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacology, or toxicology and the experience that provides the KSAs to do the job
  • 1+ years of business development or technical sales experience in CROs, with a focus on ADME/Toxicology services (3+ years preferred)
  • Demonstrated success selling globally delivered ADME/Tox services and managing client expectations across the assigned regions
  • Strong network in the pharma/biotech industry and deep knowledge of ADME/Tox lab capabilities
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and closing skills

Nice To Haves

  • DABT credentials preferred
  • 3+ years preferred of business development or technical sales experience in CROs, with a focus on ADME/Toxicology services

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full sales cycle for ADME/Toxicology services: prospecting, presentations, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers at pharma and biotech companies, positioning QPS as a partner for preclinical development
  • Identify opportunities, generate RFPs, and expand existing accounts with a global perspective on service delivery
  • Represent QPS at industry meetings, conferences, and client visits
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Technical Operations, and Finance, to ensure clients’ global ADME/Tox needs are met and exceeded
  • Provide activity reports and sales forecasts to management
