CAI is seeking a motivated Director, Business Development - State Government to lead growth strategy and capture across CAI’s State Government division. This role drives how CAI identifies, pursues, and wins work with state agencies, higher education institutions, and related public sector clients. The position involves the full opportunity lifecycle, including market analysis, pipeline development, client engagement, capture planning, and proposal leadership. A key aspect of the role is pre-sales activity, where the Director will drive client outreach, shape RFPs, and align CAI’s offerings to market demand. The Director will also plan and direct CAI’s responses to RFPs, collaborating with CAI’s Enterprise Solutions Center and account leadership to develop strong proposals.
