As our brand scales, we are evolving our marketing leadership to ensure both our product and our overarching brand narrative receive dedicated focus. Director of Brand Marketing is responsible for our larger cultural footprint, overarching campaign strategy, and macro brand identity. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the thematic roadmap for the brand, managing the overarching brand marketing budget, and deciding how and where we deploy campaigns throughout the year. You will lead community programs/ partnerships and general content strategy while overseeing a team of functional and day-to-day channel owners of our social and influencer programs. Your role is to provide the strategic "north star," guide their content strategy, manage the overarching budget, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, and fuel the cross-functional integration of brand thinking.
