About The Position

The Director, BRAFTOVI CRC Marketing role is accountable for Strategic Imperative #1: elevating BRAF-positive test results so appropriate patients can initiate BRAFTOVI combination treatment. The role owns testing rate, rapid testing, testing visibility, lab-alert actionability and execution, and account-level workflow changes that convert a BRAF-positive result into a first-line treatment start. It has latitude to develop lab-alert-triggered and workflow-based solutions and carries franchise visibility and exposure to franchise and commercial leadership. In addition to the colorectal cancer mandate, the role leads pan-tumor BRAF/MEK activities, including consumer and advocacy work, operating-plan and strategic-planning coordination, promotional review governance, and operational processes. It also serves as Franchise Operating Plan / Strategic Plan Captain, Franchise Review Committee Captain, and AI Ambassador for the Precision Medicine & Thoracic Franchise. This is a 10-month, full-time-equivalent secondment. The work location assignment is hybrid.
