Requirements

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience –OR– High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience
Must hold appropriate licensing as required
Be able to travel up to 25% of the time
Proficiency necessary in Microsoft office applications and in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality
Previous experience in managing client relationships essential
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Understanding of the key challenges in employee benefit plans and current health care trends
Excellent client relationship-building and presentation skills
Experience building benefit strategies and managing client relationships
A track record of working in a team-based environment with internal and external partners
Comfort reviewing client data, spotting issues, and recommending practical solutions
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities

Responsibilities

Manage existing client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on benefit strategy, retention, and growth.
Review client data, help set savings targets, and recommend solutions that line up with what each client needs.
Build relationships with decision makers.
Support performance conversations.
Work with internal teams to keep onboarding, supplier implementation, and contract review on track.
Present ideas in meetings, on calls, and online.
Keep internal systems up to date.
