About The Position

AliveCor is seeking a Director of B2B Marketing (U.S.) who brings deep medtech and enterprise marketing expertise, paired with a category-defining mindset. This role involves commercializing clinical innovation, navigating complex healthcare ecosystems, and building demand in nuanced, multi-stakeholder healthcare environments. The position will lead B2B marketing across three core business lines: Healthcare Providers (HCP), Employer/Payer, and BioPharma, anchoring strategies in a strong understanding of healthcare marketing, provider workflows, enterprise buying dynamics, and commercial growth. Success means translating innovation into market momentum, elevating solution understanding among providers and enterprise buyers, and building a scalable marketing engine for the future of cardiology.

Requirements

  • 10–12+ years of experience in medtech, digital health, healthcare technology, connected care, or related healthcare B2B marketing environments
  • Strong understanding of healthcare commercialization, provider adoption dynamics, and enterprise healthcare buying cycles
  • Experience marketing to healthcare providers, health systems, IDNs, employers, payers, and/or life sciences organizations
  • Proven ability to translate complex innovation into compelling market narratives and measurable pipeline impact
  • Experience supporting sophisticated enterprise sales motions with long buying cycles and multiple stakeholders
  • Familiarity with modern B2B marketing technology and analytics platforms, including CRM, marketing automation, attribution, and account-based marketing tools
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator across marketing, sales, product, clinical, and commercial teams
  • Experience managing direct reports, agencies, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Strategic thinker who is also comfortable operating hands-on in a scaling environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience and demonstrated success are equally valued
  • Ability and willingness to travel (approximately 10%-25%) to support for conferences, customer engagement, and commercial alignment

Responsibilities

  • Shape how AliveCor is positioned within the medical device, digital cardiology, and connected care landscape
  • Translate innovation into clear, compelling narratives that resonate with cardiologists, health systems, enterprise buyers, and strategic partners
  • Help define the role of AI-enabled cardiac detection and monitoring in the evolving standard of care
  • Partner closely with product, clinical, and commercial leaders to bring new innovations to market with clarity and impact
  • Own and define the U.S. enterprise marketing strategy across HCP, Employer/Payer, and BioPharma
  • Align marketing priorities to revenue targets, sales motions, and business objectives across all three divisions
  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to commercial leadership
  • Manage and mentor a growing enterprise marketing team, including a Senior Marketing Manager and Events & Sales Enablement lead
  • Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline across enterprise segments
  • Build and execute account-based and demand generation strategies for complex healthcare systems, enterprise buyers, and strategic accounts
  • Partner closely with BDR and sales teams to drive a high-quality pipeline and accelerate deal progression
  • Develop integrated campaigns across channels, including digital, webinars, events, email, content, and field marketing
  • Oversee U.S. sales enablement strategy and execution across enterprise business lines
  • Translate product differentiation into clear, actionable sales narratives and field enablement
  • Partner cross-functionally to support competitive positioning, market differentiation, and customer-facing messaging
  • Support distributor and channel enablement where relevant
  • Activate key industry moments—including cardiology, medtech, payer, and healthcare conferences—to drive visibility, engagement, and pipeline
  • Partner with the Events & Sales Enablement lead to maximize event strategy, ROI, and commercial follow-through
  • Help strengthen AliveCor’s visibility and credibility within key healthcare markets and buying communities
  • Establish repeatable processes for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to ensure visibility into pipeline contribution, attribution, and ROI
  • Bring focus, prioritization, and operational rigor to a fast-moving, multi-division marketing environment
