  • Fluent in the modern GTM stack and comfortable recommending new tools.
  • Previous experience at an early-stage, high-growth startup is a plus.

  • Track the competitive landscape and translate it into usable sales intelligence.
  • Build content to support company narrative and product positioning (PR, newsletters, webinars, whitepapers, blog posts).
  • Ensure the company website accurately and persuasively conveys core value propositions.
  • Partner with the Chief Commercial Officer to build reusable assets for the enterprise sales toolkit (pitch decks, ROI/business case templates, competitive battlecards, objection-handling guides, security/compliance one-pagers).
  • Collaborate with AEs and deal teams on active large-logo opportunities, tailoring materials for specific buying committees.
  • Build 1:1 or 1:many ABM plays for key target accounts to shorten deal cycles and remove friction points.
  • Run a lean, high-ROI events calendar including industry conferences, executive dinners, and partner co-marketing events.

  • Define success metrics and set initial hypotheses for the advisor channel strategy.
  • Own how Capitalize shows up to enterprise buyers, partners, and the advisor community.
  • Build out visual and verbal identity and develop a consistent voice and brand across all touchpoints.
  • Manage corporate communications and social calendar to support company announcements, product updates, and narrative.
