About The Position
The Director Autism Services Center will be responsible for overseeing the operations and strategic direction of the Autism Services Center. This role requires a strong background in behavior analysis, leadership, and program management.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
- Three years of relevant experience.
- Supervisory or lead experience in behavior analytic service.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in evaluation, budget forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Eligible for licensure as a behavior analyst in the State of Michigan.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations and strategic direction of the Autism Services Center.
- Manage and supervise staff.
- Develop and implement programs and services.
- Conduct evaluations and budget forecasting.
- Engage in strategic planning for the center.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
