About The Position

A rapidly growing, technology-enabled healthcare services organization is seeking a Director of ASC Sales to lead expansion within the ambulatory surgery center (ASC) market. This organization delivers advanced solutions that optimize financial and operational performance for healthcare providers through a combination of analytics, automation, and domain expertise. This is a hands-on, revenue-generating leadership role responsible for driving new business, building pipeline, and closing complex enterprise deals. The ideal candidate is a proven hunter with deep relationships across ASC and outpatient healthcare organizations.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of B2B consultative sales experience within healthcare
  • Proven success selling into ASC, outpatient, or physician-led organizations
  • Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota (enterprise-level deals)
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate and close complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong network of relationships within ASC management groups, healthcare operators, or strategic partners
  • Experience in contracting, negotiations, and value-based selling
  • High level of financial acumen and executive presence
  • Willingness to travel (~25–50%)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling revenue cycle management (RCM), healthcare technology, or tech-enabled services
  • Understanding of ASC revenue cycle workflows (billing, coding, reimbursement, payer dynamics)

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive $5M+ in annual new revenue generation
  • Build and manage a high-quality net-new pipeline, maintaining clear visibility into funnel progression and conversion metrics
  • Execute a targeted territory strategy, identifying key ASC operators, physician groups, and decision-makers
  • Lead complex, consultative sales cycles from initial engagement through contract execution
  • Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders (CFOs, Revenue Cycle Leaders, Operators, Administrators)
  • Articulate value propositions with support from internal SMEs and executive leadership
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline tracking within CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, implementation, and operations teams
