They provide anesthesia services for specialties including Orthopedics, Gynecology, ENT, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Ortho/Neuro Spine, Pain Management, Podiatry, Urology, and Dental (Pediatric and Adult). The practice emphasizes no call, no nights (late-day coverage rarely ends after 6 PM), and no weekends (elective Saturday cases are volunteer with additional compensation). It's a low-stress practice with no Obstetrics, Cardiothoracic, Trauma, or Neonates. Full-time anesthesiologists are eligible for a profit-sharing partnership after 2 years.
