This role oversees the full lifecycle of applications and technology portfolios, guiding annual planning, prioritization, and resource allocation. The Director directs transformation projects that modernize platforms, enhance business processes, and strengthen security. The position requires expertise in technology portfolio management, project delivery, and transformation, spanning IT, business systems, and security operations, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in highly regulated settings. The role also involves building trusted partnerships and driving meaningful change.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology portfolio management, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in information technology, data management, internal business systems, and security operations, with proven experience managing complex portfolios and transformation projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in a highly regulated, security-focused environment.
- Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, Agile methodologies, and security frameworks.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, and operational risk management.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data governance, and enterprise security best practices.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position requires access to customer data.
