Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology portfolio management, project delivery, and transformation initiatives.
  • Deep expertise in information technology, data management, internal business systems, and security operations.
  • Proven experience managing complex portfolios and transformation projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects in a highly regulated, security-focused environment.
  • Strong knowledge of portfolio governance, Agile methodologies, and security frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Experience with cloud migration, application modernization, and operational risk management.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance, data governance, and enterprise security best practices.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen; this position requires access to customer data.
