About The Position

The Director, Analytics will lead the analytics function supporting Maymont Homes’ U.S. Housing platform across Single-Family and Multifamily. The role leads a team of analytics professionals and partners with business leaders, Product, Technology, and Engineering to deliver analytics that produce measurable business impact. It will establish a repeatable operating model for moving from business questions to insights and decisions, and strengthen business intelligence and visualization through Power BI and AI-assisted tools. The Director will integrate historically separate Single-Family and Multifamily teams, processes, and tools while continuing to support each business. This is a player-coach role: the Director will work directly with data and analytical problems as needed while coaching, motivating, delegating to, and empowering the team. Success requires business judgment, technical credibility, and strong stakeholder and relationship-building skills. The role owns the analytics roadmap, leads Power BI dashboards and reporting, establishes consistent analytics, visualization, and KPI standards, and improves the efficiency, quality, adoption, and business impact of analytics. It also supports reliable data and reporting, maintains analytical documentation, identifies and escalates material data-quality and delivery risks, and prioritizes work according to business impact, resources, and dependencies. Performance is assessed by roadmap alignment, adoption and impact of analytical products, progress integrating the two business areas, analytics quality and timeliness, cross-functional relationships, and development of an increasingly autonomous team.
