Director, Agentic Content Orchestration
About The Position
The Director, Agentic Content Orchestration is a high-velocity, operational leadership role responsible for building, launching, and aggressively scaling our agentic content Center of Excellence. This is a foundational build-and-scale role with a dual mandate: lead client engagements that ship enterprise-grade AI agents to production, and construct the centralized machinery - standards, enablement, intake, and tuning - that lets Perficient and its clients adopt agentic content orchestration safely at scale. Rather than managing localized content workflows, this leader builds the operating system: orchestration architecture, platform governance, ingestion strategies, agent tuning protocols, and a tiered enablement roadmap designed for exponential growth. The immediate mandate is to stand up the CoE framework and rapidly scale certified practitioners across Perficient and client teams, serving clients in Automotive & Industrial, Retail & Consumer, BFSI, and HCLS.
