The salary range is not inclusive of total compensation and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in affinity insurance, group benefits, partnerships, or financial services
- Strong commercial and relationship management skills
- Experience with budgets, growth initiatives, or P&L accountability
Nice To Haves
- Experience with group benefits, digital insurance, or carrier management is considered an asset
- Exposure to life and health insurance markets is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Lead affinity and group business growth strategies
- Manage relationships with carrier and strategic partners
- Support product development and distribution initiatives
- Oversee group benefits coordination and servicing
- Monitor profitability, retention, and growth metrics
- Develop new business and partnership opportunities
