The Indiana University Foundation (IUF) is seeking a Director of Affinity Giving to advance our affinity-based fundraising strategy by engaging donors through giving circles centered around shared identities, experiences, and passions. Affinity Giving creates opportunities for communities to collectively invest in the people, programs, and initiatives they care about most at Indiana University through philanthropy. This role advances donor cultivation, volunteer leadership engagement, giving circle growth, philanthropic outreach, and pipeline development. This role serves as the primary staff liaison for the Queer Philanthropy Circle (QPC), partnering closely with volunteer leaders to strengthen philanthropic engagement, expand donor participation, and build a sustainable pipeline of future major gift prospects across IU. The Director will play a critical role in recruiting, cultivating, supporting, and engaging donors and volunteer leaders who serve the IU Foundation as ambassadors, advocates, and peer-to-peer fundraisers. Through strong volunteer partnerships and strategic relationship management, this position will help drive donor retention, leadership annual giving, and philanthropic growth across affinity-based initiatives.
