Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, event management or a related field preferred.
Strong organization, communication and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
Ability to manage multiple deadlines, solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends.
A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.

Responsibilities

Support client activations from kickoff through final recap.
Maintain timelines, trackers, budgets and deliverable checklists.
Coordinate vendors, staffing, materials, travel and onsite schedules.
Communicate with clients, internal teams and local markets to confirm deadlines and responsibilities.
Participate in meetings, document next steps and follow up with stakeholders.
Manage materials for brand, client and contractual compliance.
Provide onsite support, including setup, execution and troubleshooting.
Collect event results and materials for post-event recaps.
Process and reconcile invoices, expenses, credit card charges and vendor payments for each dedicated campaign.
