About The Position

M3C is looking for a Director of IT - Operations & Infrastructure (ID694) for a permanent, hybrid position within a growing manufacturing company. This strategic role offers an environment focused on operational reliability, technological modernization, cybersecurity, and multi-site management.

Requirements

10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ in team management;
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field;
Knowledge of Microsoft environments (AD, Windows Server, O365, Azure);
Knowledge of ITIL practices and IT Asset Management (ITAM);
Languages: French and English.

Responsibilities

Ensure the stability and performance of infrastructures (networks, servers, storage, multi-site);
Manage the hybrid environment: cloud, on-site, backups, disaster recovery;
Oversee modernization projects and platform upgrades;
Mentor the IT support team and optimize service processes (SLA, documentation, user experience);
Evolve the cybersecurity program: vulnerabilities, patches, IAM, incident response;
Manage IT procurement and assets (ITAM, contracts, supplier performance);
Implement ITIL processes and optimize the ITSM tool;
Maintain BC/DR plans and ensure operational compliance;
Lead IT teams and develop skills;
Contribute to IT governance and acquisition integration.
