About The Position

Base Camp Connect has been transforming communications to protect human lives for nearly 15 years. We design and manufacture tactical and strategic communication solutions locally for Defense and special police forces. Our products interconnect incompatible systems to enable immediate field operability.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, administration, or a related field.
• Approximately 8 years of experience in operations management, production, or a similar role.
• Experience in a growing or transforming environment.
• Experience in process optimization and operational scaling.
• Bilingualism (French/English).

Nice To Haves

• Master's degree (MBA or equivalent) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Build, mobilize, and evolve autonomous, engaged, and high-performing teams.
• Align production and operational activities with the company's strategic priorities.
• Transform operations to support growth and accelerate innovation.
• Identify and resolve systemic issues to implement robust, efficient, and scalable processes.
• Continuously optimize operational flows and drive overall performance using key indicators.
• Ensure the rapid introduction of new products and act as a strategic link between engineering and operations.
• Define and oversee procurement, inventory, and supply chain strategies, as well as the efficiency of systems (including ERP) and the end-to-end operational cycle.
