As our Director of Product Management, you will lead the strategy, team, and cross‑functional execution that brings OneSpan’s eSignature Digital Agreements solutions to market. You will guide a team of product managers and product owners and influence senior stakeholders. You will serve as a key voice in defining market direction, competitive strategy, and customer value. This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Montreal as it is a hybrid role.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of B2B2C product management experience, with at least 3+ years leading teams
  • Experience in financial services (banking, insurance, fintech) strongly preferred.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts
  • Proven success leading product strategy for high‑growth or enterprise environments
  • Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to C‑suite, analysts, and large audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment
  • This position requires proficiency in a language other than French, as you will be working in partnership with internal and/or external customers outside Québec.

Nice To Haves

  • Product management certifications (Pragmatic Institute, PMA, Product Focus, 280 Group)
  • Experience scaling teams or building new functions within an enterprise SaaS organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field

Responsibilities

  • Define market and product requirements, features and services, user scenarios, specifications, and use cases to be used
  • Own the Product Lifecyle Management Process to identify business needs with the team
  • Collaborate with engineering for alignment and deliverables
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation
  • Define the long‑term product vision aligned to company strategy, market trends, and customer needs
  • Partner with executive leadership to influence product strategy, portfolio direction, and investment decisions
  • Establish scalable processes, templates, and governance for consistency and speed withing the organization
  • Work with Product Marketing to own the launch strategy and execution for new products, major releases, and market expansions
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment across product, sales, demand generation, corporate communications, and partner teams
  • Assess and size market opportunities to guide prioritization and growth strategies
  • Establish a deep understanding of buyers, competitors, and market dynamics to make informed product decisions
  • Oversee and create requirements for the development of use‑case frameworks that guide product innovation and integration strategies
  • Oversee development of high‑impact features including solution functionalities, internal and external feedback, and engineering decisions to present
  • competitive insights to win.
  • Track engagement and adoption metrics to ensure these experiences effectively serve customer needs
  • Customer escalation management and roadmap alignment
  • Serve as a senior spokesperson for OneSpan’s eSignature Digital Agreements team portfolio across customers, analysts, and partners
