We are looking for an innovative Product Management leader to help transform our platform experience through AI-enabled capabilities grounded in research-based instructional practice. Reporting to the SVP of Platform Experience and working within the Platform team this strategic position leads initiatives across Product, UX, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to develop software solutions that streamline the teaching and learning experience, and ensure our customers find ever-increasing value in our connected teaching system. The right candidate will bring experience leading Product in the EdTech or adjacent space and be highly skilled at identifying strategic opportunities to improve workflows educators and learners use daily. Requirements

  • 5–10+ years in Product Management (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven ability to lead strategic initiatives through influence
  • Experience working across distributed/global teams is a strong plus
  • Background in EdTech, SaaS, or workflow-driven products preferred
  • Experience with data-informed or AI-enabled products is a plus
  • Experience in a Director-level role, or readiness to step into it from a high-performing Senior PM or equivalent
  • Fluency in English required, due to collaboration with international teams

Responsibilities

  • Shape the Platform Experience (aka Teaching & Learning) roadmap.
  • Own recommendations for priorities across the teacher workflow—from content discovery and curation to assignment, grading, and AI-driven recommendations.
  • Drive alignment across global teams.
  • Partner with Product Managers (Dublin), Engineering (Dublin & India), UX, Curriculum, and Data/AI teams through Discovery into Delivery.
  • Help establish and communicate a compelling product vision: Near-term: Measurable teacher time savings, Long-term: AI-powered instructional loop.
  • Identify and rationalize fragmented, duplicative features into cohesive, intuitive workflows.
  • Partner with UX Research and customer-facing teams to synthesize teacher and district needs—and convert them into clear product priorities.
  • Re-establish confidence in product direction by bringing clarity, structure, and thoughtful prioritization to complex decisions.
  • Establish partnerships with the Product leadership across functions (Experience, Insights, Infrastructure) to ensure that our various teams run smoothly and have the resources they need to succeed as we grow.
