About The Position

Victoria Park is growing through the acquisition of leading medical aesthetics clinics across Canada. The Director, Corporate Development is a new role created to support that growth. The Director works alongside the VP, Corporate Development on all acquisition activity. Deals are not divided between the two roles. Each transaction is worked jointly, with daily coordination on priorities and division of responsibilities. Within that partnership, the VP leads seller relationships, negotiation, and internal strategy. The Director is responsible for execution: due diligence management, financial analysis, documentation, and follow-through across all active transactions. Most sellers are physicians and nurses selling a business for the first time, so the process requires patience, education, and a consistently well-organized experience on Victoria Park's side. This is a senior role, not a support role. The Director is expected to lead calls independently, manage advisors directly, and contribute a real point of view on structure, evaluation, and negotiation strategy.
