About The Position
This role is responsible for defining the global technology roadmap and aligning IT with the company's growth objectives. The Director of IT will lead cybersecurity efforts, ensure international compliance (ISO 27001, SOC-2, GDPR), and oversee the IT Team Lead to ensure operational excellence and technical talent development. This position will harmonize systems and infrastructure between the Quebec head office and global sites, anticipate future needs, and ensure convergence between IT and operational technologies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or university degree in computer science, software engineering, or information systems management.
- 10 to 15 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a management role.
- Solid experience in managing multi-site and international infrastructures.
- Proficiency in Cloud environments (Azure), cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.
- Impeccable French and English (essential for our global exchanges).
- Strategic vision, great calmness under pressure, and ability to simplify complex concepts for senior management.
