About The Position

PG Solutions is seeking an Executive Director – Tactical, Product Operations, and Delivery (TOP) to lead the Research and Development delivery organization and ensure the operational performance of R&D. Reporting to the Strategic Vice President – Research and Development, the Executive Director TOP is responsible for transforming product and technology initiatives into robust, reliable software solutions delivered efficiently to customers. They lead the R&D delivery organization and oversee the directors responsible for business domains that ensure the industrialization of software development. Their role is to structure a high-performing delivery organization capable of delivering solutions predictably, stably, and at scale, while maintaining strong operational and technical discipline. The Executive Director TOP collaborates closely with the Executive Director – Growth, Innovation, and Artificial Intelligence (CIIA) to industrialize innovation initiatives and transform them into concrete solutions delivered to customers. The incumbent will also meet with certain strategic clients to understand their operational challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of solutions. The CIIA pole identifies value opportunities and defines what we need to build; the TOP pole transforms these initiatives into robust, reliable solutions delivered effectively to customers.

Requirements

University degree in computer science or equivalent.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development.
Significant experience in managing technical teams.
Experience in delivering complex software solutions.
Solid experience with agile software development methodologies.
Excellent communication, change management, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Azure DevOps or equivalent tool.
Software architecture and modern software development.
Cloud environments and DevOps practices.
Industrialization of software development.
Management of complex software platforms and systems.
Leadership of multidisciplinary technical teams.
Ability to lead and develop managers.
Mastery of Agile methodologies.
