Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Engineer title or eligibility for the OIQ.
- Significant experience in an engineering, consulting, manufacturing, or energy infrastructure environment.
- Experience in leadership roles with performance responsibility.
- Ability to operate in complex environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Recognized expertise in power electricity.
- Concrete experience in medium and high voltage, electrical substations, switchgear, protection and control systems, and specialized power studies.
- Experience in managing technical teams or practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, structure, and make business decisions.
- Natural, mobilizing, and credible leadership.
- Excellent understanding of operational, human, and commercial issues.

- Mobilize, coach, and develop engineering teams based in Longueuil.
- Develop a culture of performance, collaboration, and excellence.
- Support the growth of technical leaders and talents.
- Act as a credible reference in power electricity.
- Support the execution of complex and strategic projects.
- Ensure technical quality and rigor of execution.
- Contribute to technical directions and best practices.
- Drive the operational and financial performance of the activity.
- Participate in strategic growth decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Identify market development opportunities.
