Responsible for preparing garments to match job specifications while ensuring the best quality and meeting deadlines. Applicants should be driven, detail-oriented, with a strong desire to produce high-quality prints in record time. This ideal candidate should have an eye for accuracy and a can-do teamwork attitude.
Requirements
- Detailed oriented & Excellent Attendance
- Basic knowledge of computer technology/file types
- Can take responsibility for work produced and has problem-solving skills to fix errors
- Ability to perform a repetitive load and unload operation
- Ability to lift 25 lbs (ink jug cartons)
- Can be trained for industrial equipment operation
- Can perform basic maintenance on industrial equipment
- Follows all safety guidelines
- High school education or equivalent
- A background in apparel screen printing or wide format digital printing (printing industry knowledge)
Nice To Haves
- Adobe Suite experience (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) a plus
Responsibilities
- Start up and maintain Direct-to-Garment printers
- Pretreat and print DTG garments
- Clean the machines and perform light maintenance daily
- Keep constant stream of product running through printer (Load & Unload product)
- Ensure quality control from start to finish
- Ensure accurate recordings of printing in computer software
- Keep all sensitive matters confidential
- Other duties as assigned
