About The Position

GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor, and direct supplier in custom textile printing. Transfer Express invests in its employees and uses current manufacturing, sales, and marketing techniques to remain competitive. The Direct to Film Operator prints, cuts, weeds, and packages digital products; operates light printing machinery after training; and cross-trains in all aspects of the department. The operator may assist in other areas as business needs require and perform other assigned duties. This is a second-shift role in a fast-paced production environment.

Requirements

Good verbal communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 20 lbs, stand for 8–10 hours during each shift, and bend and kneel as necessary.
Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination.
Basic math and computer skills.
Ability to work at a fast pace in a production environment.
Quality-minded approach.
Flexibility of schedule and ability to work overtime daily as needed.
Willingness to embrace change and learn new skills.

Responsibilities

Print, cut, weed, and package digital products.
Operate light printing machinery as trained.
Cross-train to learn all aspects of the department.
Assist in other areas when business requires.
Perform other duties as assigned.
