About The Position

GT Independence is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Support Workers/Caregivers to support individuals who self-direct their services. The worker provides one-on-one assistance in the person’s home and community, helping them live as independently as possible while respecting their choices, preferences, and goals. Workers follow the individual’s Service Plan, document services accurately and promptly, complete required training, and follow program guidelines.
