This position may be eligible for a $600-$300 Sign on Bonus.

Requirements

• Must have a High School Diploma, or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
• Requires a valid driver’s license/auto-insurance or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's or some secondary education preferred.
• Experience working with youth and teens, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional support to young adults with serious mental health needs.
• Teach clients (ages 18-21) life skills that will help them live in the community.
• Assist clients with moving in and out of apartments as needed.
• Teach clients daily living skills.
• Transport clients to work or appointments in the community as needed.
• Provide direct client care.
• Maintain/model appropriate boundaries.
• Teach applicable coping and problem-solving skills.
• Complete reports and documentation as necessary.
• Trained as a medication aide and will be responsible for clients’ daily medication administration.
