About The Position

Join us for a Hiring Event for the Southern Region at Bancroft! NOW HIRING: Direct Support Professionals. This role involves assisting individuals with their daily living skills, actively participating in their life growth, promoting independence through skill development and implementing individualized plans of care, and advocating for community inclusion by planning activities and outings. Requirements

• Are 18 years of age or older
• Have a current, non-provisional driver’s license in good standing
• Possess a high school diploma or GED
• Have the ability and willingness to work weekends
• Ability to successfully clear a pre-employment physical, drug test and criminal background check inclusive of fingerprinting is required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in caretaking or supporting individuals with brain injuries or neurological conditions
