Direct Support Professional LB-JM
About The Position
Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is seeking a Direct Support Professional to work in the Fayetteville area with a woman who requires assistance due to a physical delay. She is looking for a dedicated staff to provide her with support and assist her with maintaining her independence both at home and in community settings. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to assisting with Personal Care, transferring, meal preparation and general independence. We are looking for an individual who is reliable, patient, energetic and enthusiastic. Prior experience a plus, but not required. Reliable transportation and a HS diploma/GED are required. Background check, fingerprinting and DMV record check will be conducted prior to hire by the non-profit agency. Work hours include Monday through Friday, 9am – 12pm, as needed. The pay rate is $26 per hour. This is a part-time position. Indera (formerly ARISE/EFR) is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- HS diploma/GED
- Valid driver's license
- Effective communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility with assignments and schedule
- Reliable transportation to arrive to job site at scheduled time
- Must have technology available to download multiple apps for use in the community and abide by ARISE/EFR'S technology policy.
