About The Position

Saint Joe’s is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to join its Community Home team in Albany, Cincinnati, Ohio. The role supports individuals with developmental disabilities in living with dignity, independence, and joy. Part-time positions are available for first and second shifts. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Maintain current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care and daily living support.
• Assist with hygiene, meals, and medication administration.
• Implement individualized care and behavior support plans.
• Promote a safe, respectful, and inclusive home environment.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
