About The Position

Saint Joe’s is hiring Direct Support Professionals for its expanding Sharonville Community Home. DSPs provide hands-on care and support to adults with developmental disabilities, helping them live full, meaningful, and independent lives. The role is available on first, second, and third shifts. A valid driver’s license and current auto insurance are required.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.
• Provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• Have a valid driver’s license with fewer than 6 points.
• Have current auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care needs, including bathing, hygiene, and dressing.
• Support meal preparation, feeding, and medication administration.
• Encourage and accompany individuals on community outings and recreational activities.
• Provide emotional support and social engagement.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
