About The Position

This role involves providing quality care, direction, guidance, and assistance to customers with their daily activities. This includes support with personal care such as bathing and dressing, meal planning and feeding, medication management, and household tasks. The position also requires helping customers with appointments and errands, acting as a companion, and supporting them in achieving goals for improved quality of life and community integration. Daily written updates are required via an online platform, and close observation of the customer's condition and environment is necessary to ensure safety and success, including monitoring of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Providing quality care, direction, guidance, and help to customers with daily activities, such as bathing and bathroom functions, feeding, planning menus, dressing, grooming, taking medication and/or administering treatments, and housework.
• Help customers make and keep appointments, provide or arrange transportation to run errands and serve as a companion
• Help customer achieve agreed-upon goals to improve quality of life and integration into the community
• Provide written daily updates of each shift’s activities using an online platform
• Observe the customer’s condition and monitor the surroundings to ensure customer safety and success. This includes monitoring of equipment and materials
• Perform other duties as assigned
