Intellectual Disability - Direct Support Professional - Home Supports
About The Position
Key Human Services, a subsidiary of Keystone Human Services, is seeking casual/per-diem Direct Support Professionals for Home Supports. The role provides individualized, person-directed support to adults with intellectual disabilities, mental health needs, and autism. The work promotes inclusion and helps build communities where everyone can thrive and participate fully. Direct Support Professionals help create a healthy, engaging home setting; teach and assist with daily living skills; provide personal care assistance; and advocate for the health and wellness of the people they support. Casual/per-diem hours are available. Pay is $20.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Effective communication skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver's license.
- Daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
- Successful completion of the pre-employment process, including clearances and verifications.
Responsibilities
