About The Position

Join Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) and help people with intellectual and developmental disabilities build independence, achieve personal goals, and live meaningful lives. As a DSP in our Day Services program, you'll provide encouragement, guidance, and hands-on support while empowering people we support to make choices, explore their interests, and participate fully in their community. You'll play an important role in creating a positive and supportive environment by assisting with daily living needs, promoting health and safety, and encouraging community involvement. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent required
Valid New York Driver's License is required

Nice To Haves

Minimally one-year experience working with people with developmental disabilities or an associate degree in human services or related field is preferred.
