About The Position
Mozaic (A Chapter of The Arc NY) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional III to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving their personal goals, building independence, and participating fully in their communities for Community and Day Habilitation programs. Working under the direction of the Site Supervisor, you will provide person-centered services, job coaching, skill development, and advocacy while ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the people you support. You will assist people in developing workplace and life skills, implementing goals outlined in their Life Plans, participating in community activities, and building meaningful relationships that promote independence and inclusion. Requirements
