About The Position
Endeavor DDD Services is looking for compassionate individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Phoenix. This role involves providing personalized support to individuals with special needs, fostering a safe and nurturing environment that promotes growth and independence. DSPs collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans, assist with daily activities, personal care, and goal management, and implement teaching strategies to support individuals in daily living and community activities.
Requirements
- A passion for helping individuals with special needs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with others.
- Patience, empathy, and adaptability.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (may be required).
