As a Direct Support Provider (DSP), your role will be pivotal in guiding individuals with special needs towards achieving their goals. You will provide personalized support tailored to the specific needs of each member, whether it's through habilitation, attendant care, or respite services. You will assist clients in developing vital life skills, help with personal care tasks, and/or offer companionship during community outings. No two days are the same as you use your trained skills in various home and community settings, ensuring that each individual receives the compassionate care they deserve. Requirements

Possess or be able to obtain a Level 1 Arizona Fingerprint Clearance
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Flexible Schedule - Primarily available after school evening and weekend hours
Possess or be able to attend training for: CPR and First Aid certification, Article 9 certification, Introduction to Developmental Disabilities certificate, Additional certification classes
Motivated to make a positive impact in the lives of others
Desire to support others in reaching their full potential
