Requirements
- Bilingual Spanish is a must.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- A valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
- Ability to pass a background check (Live Scan), TB test and physical testing.
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified upon hire).
- A compassionate, proactive, and "solution-focused" mindset.
Responsibilities
- Empower Independence: Assist with daily living tasks like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
- Build Community: Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and fun community outings.
- Goal Advocacy: Implement support plans (ISPs) and encourage self-advocacy.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of progress and maintain a safe, positive environment.
