Direct Support Professional (DSP) will empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to thrive in their own homes and communities. We’re seeking a caring, energetic professional to provide person-centered support that truly makes a difference. Requirements

• Bilingual Spanish is a must.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• A valid CA Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check (Live Scan), TB test and physical testing.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to get certified upon hire).
• A compassionate, proactive, and "solution-focused" mindset.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks like meal prep, budgeting, and personal care.
• Accompany clients to appointments, grocery shopping, and fun community outings.
• Implement support plans (ISPs) and encourage self-advocacy.
• Keep accurate records of progress and maintain a safe, positive environment.
