About The Position
Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Overnight Sleep Shift – No Experience Needed! This is a great opportunity for someone who wants consistent income with minimal overnight activity — you'll be able to sleep through most of the shift while remaining available for emergencies. This role is ideal for students, retirees, second job seekers, night owls, and calm, caring individuals. You will stay on-site overnight in a peaceful home environment, be available for emergencies, perform basic check-ins, and assist with morning routines if needed. Light documentation or household tasks may also be required.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Dependable and responsive to overnight responsibilities as needed
- Comfortable staying overnight in a residential setting
- Must pass a background check
- Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable transportation
Nice To Haves
- CPR/First Aid certification – Don’t have? No problem – we can provide
Responsibilities
- Stay on-site overnight in case of participant needs or emergencies
- Perform basic evening check-ins and ensure a safe environment
- Be available to respond if needed (typically low-intervention)
- Assist with morning wakeups and basic routines if needed
- Light documentation or household tasks (as needed before bed or upon wake-up)
