About The Position
BAYADA Home Health is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. This role offers flexible scheduling, weekly pay, and opportunities for professional growth, including scholarship programs. Requirements
- At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Ability to work independently in a client's home/community
- Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
- Participate in community integration activities.
- Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming, etc.)
