About The Position

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) supports people in reaching personal goals, making choices, and living as independently as possible. The role includes helping with daily activities, encouraging community involvement, and maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment. The organization provides paid training, benefits, and a supportive, mission-driven culture. The position is available in full-time and part-time shifts in Lancaster, New York, and surrounding areas, with day, evening, and overnight shifts. Pay starts at $19.00 per hour and increases to $20 per hour after successful completion of a six-month probationary period.

Must have a valid driver’s license that meets agency policy.
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, sitting, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, and climbing.
Ability to lift 35 pounds.
