About The Position

Chimes is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support individuals with intellectual and behavioral challenges in living with dignity, independence, and confidence. The role involves hands-on assistance with daily living and personal care, following individualized care plans, administering medications according to policy, and supporting safety, behavior goals, and community participation. Some roles require travel between residential and day programs. The posted schedule is Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and the pay rate is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds or more.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Meet one driving-history requirement: at least three years of unsuspended driving history with no more than three points, or at least two years of unsuspended driving history with a clean driving record.

• Experience in disability services is preferred but not required; training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support with kindness and respect.
• Assist with personal care and daily living skills, including dressing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, and bathing.
