About The Position

AbleLight is seeking energetic, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professionals to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role focuses on helping people live independently, achieve personal goals, and enjoy fulfilling lives through positive relationships, encouragement, practical assistance, companionship, mentorship, and advocacy. DSPs create meaningful experiences at home and in the community and work as part of a supportive team.
