About The Position

Success Rehabilitation is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and Caregivers to support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. The role helps individuals live more independently and participate in their communities. No DSP certification is required; the employer provides three weeks of paid training and ongoing support. Immediate openings are available in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, across multiple shifts. Full-time DSPs start at $17.00 per hour, with evening, weekend, and overnight shift differentials bringing pay up to $22.00 per hour. Part-time DSPs start at $16.00 per hour, with shift differentials bringing pay up to $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable and professional work ethic.
• Strong communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, PCA, HHA, residential aide, behavioral health technician, or in a similar role.
• Experience supporting individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Administer medications after training.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Document daily progress and activities.
• Encourage independence and personal growth.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment.
