About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide care to clients with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their own homes. The role involves supporting clients in their homes and communities, including driving them to activities. BAYADA emphasizes a positive work environment, offers flexible scheduling, and provides support through a 24/7 on-call clinical manager.

Requirements

• At least one year of verifiable work experience with individuals who have intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home/community.
• Ability to drive clients in your own car to community activities.
