About The Position
The Arc Columbia-Saratoga is seeking kind, reliable individuals for a meaningful career supporting adults with developmental disabilities in Saratoga County. This role involves engaging in everyday activities such as laundry, meal preparation, and personal care, as well as accompanying individuals on outings like getting iced coffee, attending concerts, dining out, going to the movies, shopping, visiting museums, or going to the park. The organization welcomes applicants with prior experience as PCAs, HHAs, or CNAs, and offers paid training for those without experience. Requirements
- A high school diploma or better
- Valid driver's license

Responsibilities
- Support adults with developmental disabilities in Saratoga County.
- Engage in everyday activities like laundry, making dinner, or helping with personal hygiene.
- Accompany individuals on outings such as going to Dunkin for iced coffee, live concerts, restaurants, movies, shopping, museums, or the park.
